Due to the custom nature of our industry all sales are final. We accept returns or exchange for items damaged in transit, and/or manufacturer defects only.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement.
Please be aware our online store is not capable of calculating Tax Exemption, if you are a Tax Exempt Client or Reseller please reach out to us at Order@eysigns.com and provide Tax Exemption Certificate.
